This service is free of charge, all you need to do is fill in our Valuation Request Form online or give us a call. Expert advice from day one!
Step 2 : Sales Particulars

We know how important first impressions are, therefore the complete care is taken to ensure we provide the best particulars of your home including photography, floorplans and descriptions, so that your home stands out online and on our attractive property details.
Step 3 : Dress your Home for Viewing
We believe it is vital to dress your home to its very best. The buyers first and last impressions are important so consider tidy lawns, cleanliness and general maintenance.
Step 4 : Marketing

We truly believe that the way we market your home is second to none and ensure we strive to achieve the best possible price for your home.
We will always use the best marketing tools available to us to ensure our advertising is extensive by promoting your property in our local property papers and on the best internet sites available.
Step 5 : Accompanied Viewings

We take the stress of moving away from you as much as we can, therefore we aim to accompany viewings whenever possible. We understand that many buyers can only view after work or weekends, this is by we try to accommodate after office hours viewings,
(London buyers cannot just pop out to view a home by Pagham Harbour on their lunch break!)
Step 6 : Viewing Feedback
Without a doubt any seller wants to know how a viewing went, so our aim is to give you honest and constructive feedback within 48 hours of a viewing taking place - By doing this it also helps us adopt our marketing strategy to give you the best choice of selling your home.
Step 7 : Receiving an Offer
As soon as any offer is received you will be notified both verbally and in writing. We ensure all offers are checked financially to confirm that they can afford their proposed purchase and where applicable a full chain check is carried out so that we can advise you of the customers chain length and timescales prior to you deciding whether to accept the offer.
Step 8 : Solicitor
We can offer recommendations if required, but it is vital to source an experienced and efficient solicitor. The fastest transaction can be as quick as the slowest solicitor!
Step 9 : Sales Progression
Once an offer has been agreed your solicitor should then be instructed to start the legal process. We shall prepare a memorandum of sale. The solicitors shall then write to all parties and the buyers may instruct a surveyor to conduct a survey on your property. Our experienced staff will liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers and other agents to try to make this as stress free as possible.
Step 10 : Exchange of contracts
.
Exchange of contracts occur when all the preliminary enquiries from the draft contract and the local searches have been agreed. If the buyer requires a mortgage and a mortgage offer received in writing, the purchaser is ready to exchange contracts with the seller. The contract is signed by the seller and purchaser and the deposit is given to the solicitor. All parties then agree a completion date and all parties are ready to exchange!
Step 11 : Completion
Completion is when the remaining funds are transferred from the buyers solicitor to your solicitor's account. When the funds are cleared your Solicitor will inform us to release the keys to the new owners. Congratulations! You have SOLD!
